We sell via WhatsApp chat — every order is confirmed with you (product, price, delivery charge) before payment. No surprises.
1. Ordering
- Tap Order on WhatsApp on any product, or message us directly.
- We'll confirm availability, final price (including delivery), dispatch time and payment details.
- Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and we acknowledge it in chat.
2. Pricing & payment
- All prices are in INR (₹). Delivery charges are confirmed based on your pincode before payment.
- We accept UPI and bank transfer. Payment details are shared only in our official WhatsApp chat.
- Offer / coupon prices apply only when the code is mentioned before payment.
3. Shipping
- Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours, Monday–Saturday.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days across India. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp.
- Delays by the courier (weather, strikes, remote pincodes) are beyond our control, but we'll help you follow up.
4. Returns & replacement
- 7-day replacement for items received damaged, defective or wrong. Share an unboxing photo/video within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused with original packaging for replacement.
- No cash refunds — approved cases get a replacement or store credit.
5. Fair use
Please don't misuse product photos, reviews or offer codes from this site. Offer codes are single-order use unless stated otherwise, and we may cancel orders involving pricing errors or abuse.
